Line Minerals Analyzer

   On-line minerals analyzer is registered in the State Register of measuring instruments with the number № 60096-15. 

   ARP-1TS is certified as an analytical device, analyzer of mineral composition. 

   Modern industry requires measurements in the real time mode, because effective control is possible only, if there is relevant information, which allows to maximize the quality of the final product at the lowest cost. The process of device's implementation and operation is more laborious, compared with laboratory equipment, but in the long term this type of analyzers is profitable.

   Analyzer is designed for the quantitative determination (mass fraction) of chemical elements from Ca(calcium) to U(uranium) in the technological products of mineral, rock and ore processing in a range from 0.05% to 70%.

   This device can be used to determine the concentrations of the elements, of the different composite powder materials in the stream(for example on a conveyor belt and other).

  Measurements of pulp density is also possible. 

   There is some prejudice against devices using radioactive isotope in comparison with x-ray tubes. Advantages of X-ray tube ("turn off" the radiation) disappear when devices will be use in the factory 24 hours in a day. Also isotopes are more reliable and stable than x-ray tubes. 

   This analyzer is not dangerous, because radioactive sourses belongs to 4 and 5 radiation hazard categories of Russian Federation (danger to humans is unlikely). The device is satisfied to all health standards and has the sanitary-epidemiological conclusion of the Russian Federation.

  Measurements of elements content  are conducted by X-ray fluorescence method, which is based on the on the characteristic radiation intensity depending on the elements concentration.

  Analyzer is used for the instant control of concentration of elements. Analyze of batch on the stage of crushing is necessary for incoming inspection of the ore. During flotation it's necessary to test concentration of the elements to control the amount of floating materials. Also this device is used to control the content of chemical elements in the waste and in the final concentrates.
